Fahrenheit Vs Hana Kimi
Fahrenheit rocks!!!!!!!
IMM was invaded by hundreds of Fahrenheit's fans and it wasn't a good day to shop at IMM as you could hardly "swim" your way through.
It was mad! Bizzare! Craze!
And I was one of them hoping to catch a glimpse of the boys in this uprising hot band.
AC was there too. He went earlier and I was lucky as he reserved a spot for me outside the main building but in the carpark. I was considered lucky already if not I might be sitting or standing outside the carpark area.
Craze, right? Well, that's how crazy we were!
The turnout was horrifying and quite a number of them actually queued up the night before......Absurd right? Anyway..I was absurd enough to queue 4 hours before the autograph session. (LOL)
I felt like giving up a few times. Imagine you couldn't move as you had to "sardine" in between hysterical and excited teenage girls.
Each time someone screamed, the rest would follow suit. The irony was that the boys were not even present!
I wonder how the boys feel with all the glam and screams and flashing lights shower on them?
Not easy for them as they have to meet tight schedules all the time.
The boys signed non-stop and only rested for a mere 5 min break.
It was my FIRST autograph session. I must say it was quite a tough experience and it's not a good idea to go alone. You need at least a friend to tag along so that you can take turn to go for toilet breaks...AC didn't even go for it...imagine that!
Each time I felt like giving up, I told myself that I must persevere and strive on. I was really lucky to get the boys' autograph...there were lot more behind me who waited in vain.
Really an experience.... You get to talk to the gals and listen to them. You get to understand how they feel and feel their happiness. Some of them actually broke into tears and I had to take out and offer one gal my tissue.
Look at these fans' work. Look at the happiness on their brightly lit faces.
Maybe that was how I look too...Who knows... Not that I really idolises Fahrenheit to that great extent... I want to give it a try, something that I have never done years before. ^^
Of course I like Fahrenheit enough to last throughout the whole session.
JIRO!!!! He ROCKS!!!! I like the way he carried himself and the way that he treated his fans! His fingers so long and slender...really reminds me of Mariko San. No wonder ML care to look at him slightly more than the rest. (LOL)
XJ's Pretty Chun!
Finally I was onstage. I saw the boys. Chun first, followed by Aaron, then Jiro and lastly Calvin.
They would place their hands on yours. This was what I said to them.
To Chun - "Welcome" (XJ's Ah Chun Chun is so so PRETTY...OMG...)
To Aaron - "Welcome" (Aaron is so boyishly shy but cute.His spotty red shirt reminds me of my another bear - xiaojie..maybe I shall name him Aaron...LOL)
To JIRO - "你还是最棒的！！！！“ He paused...looked up and blinded me with his lopsided grin...Oh my ...oh my.... can die you know....oh my...oh my...So I let him hold my hands slightly longer than the rest....LOL You know, you know...I just have have this soft spot for JIRO!!!!! I don't know why!!!!!!! JIRO!!!!
To Calvin - "Welcome to SINGAPORE!" (Grinning away and a bit more generous with the words that I said. Calvin seems more matured and he has a pleasant smile.)
I didn't wait for the whole session to end...I should have...Heard that the last song was Jiro's 超喜欢你
Many didn't get their autographs...I think they must be very disappointed. I would feel the same too if I were them.
The next day, XJ, YP, SY and I went for Hana Kimi autograph session. I was hoping to see Ella!!!!!!!!!!! Ella is another bubbly star that I like recently. ^^
SY, WT & Me!!!! Our hands were stamped with SHE FC to identify us "legally". (LOL)
SY and her friend were very nice to reserve a "B" seat for me. (LOL)
Those "A" seats had been taken up by those who came as early as 9am. By the time I reached Tampines Mall, the open area had already been taken up and it was only 2plus in the afternoon.
Still I was lucky to get the Top "B" seat....somemore the lst of the "B" seats..along the corridor near to the entrance of the open area. XJ and YP got the "E" seats..which was on the lst storey. (The open area was on the 4th floor)
They were queuing at the lst storey's staircase!!!
All these sounded CRAZE right?
Yes, we were all that craze yozz!!!
However the security at Tampines Mall was better organised compared to IMM. I had a much easier time and all managed to get their soundtrack CDs signed. XJ and YP even went to get another soundtrack to sign again. YP wanted to see Ella and XJ wanted to see Chun AGAIN...(LOL)
One important thing to add!!! I managed to see Ella and Chun in action!!! Unlike Fahrenheit...I only got to see them when they signed my autograph.
Just a little imperfection, JIRO wasn't present for Hana Kimi's autograph. Somehow it made the whole session a bit incomplete.
If I were to see JIRO, I would still tell him the same words that I told him the day before. ^^
So what did I tell Ella and Chun?
I shook their hands and said "Thank you very much".
Ella...do you know you are also one of the bestest!!!^^

"Recapture" The Fun
ML handed me a U Magazine with Rain's cover. I was very very happy as AC told me that you need this particular magazine to get among 100 fans to get Fahrenheit's autograph.
I am not very particular into getting the first 100 fans to get the autograph, just that ML really tried to get the mag for me. ^^
I know that she doesn't really support me the idea for going to such autograph sessions and yet she still tried to get the mag for me. She remarked that there would be a crowd and I am going to be another "idiot" waiting among the sea of hysterical fans.
I told her that I have not done all these during my teen days and I have sort of missed out the fun that a normal teenager would go for.
I just want to "recapture" the fun that's all.
Just like I told XJ before ...
"We should not deprive ourselves of the things that we like. Afterall, we all live once. Life would be really meaningless if we can't do this, can't do that or can't do small simple things that we like." ^^

Jiro's KO One
Actually this show isn't that sucky as what I was told earlier. I have watched up to Ep 5 already.
KO One is a class of juvenile outcasts. They are feared by other teachers and pupils in this High School. Not only that, they are looked down and shunned.
Jiro acted as the leader of this class. He kept his true self away from his parents. He would dress properly when he leaves his house and ride a bicycle to school. However he would change into a punk kid riding a bike with spiky helmet.
Jiro actually has a heart of gold. He believes in his form teacher whom once treated his wounds. His teacher didn't tell on him and hence gained trust from Jiro. Jiro respects and likes his teacher alot. Only his teacher can control this incorrigible class via Jiro as Jiro commands respect from his classmates.
Though some scenes are rather wacky and funny. But some scenes are rather warming.
The teacher was kidnapped by a pervert, she was forced to resign from teaching the kids as this pervert believes that the kids are useless brats. In the end these kids went to her rescue.
Actually I find these kids not that bad to the core. Just that they are not given a chance to protray the positive side of them.
Jiro acts quite well actually, better than Calvin in some ways. Aaron is so cute, his eyes so sharp and cool. (LOL)
If you like Jiro, this show will not disappoint you as Jiro really acts very well. ^^
(Think AC would be very interested ... but not XJ... unless KO One has CHUN...I think KO One has CHUN...but I am not so sure...BUT this is supposedly be Fahrenheit's first show and how come Chun wasn't included? Even that Nan Xue Zhang has a role in it...^^)

Jiro Fahrenheit
To be frank, I have a soft spot for Jiro. I really find him very very cute.
He may be very wacky in his cast in Hana Kimi but I really like him quite a lot. In a way, I wanna to give him more moral support than to Chun. Not that I don't like Chun, just that Chun is already immensely popular compared to Jiro. (Got XJ's support can liao, LOL)
AC felt that somehow it is so unfair. Chun is already lead in 2 shows in a shorter period of time compared to Jiro and AC felt that Jiro is more talented than Chun in some ways. (You should see Jiro's drawings...Awesome!)
Perhaps this situation has reminded AC of his past experiences which now I know why AC prefer Jiro more than Chun.
I went to Jiro's blog. Never did I realise that Jiro is so sentimental and emotional in his words. It is so different...He is so wacky and hilarious onscreen but offscreen he is so...so...emotional...
Chun is so lively..so full of hopes...
This reminds me of the Takarazuka Tops... It is not easy to stay on the top as you have to take many factors into considerations.. The box-office sales, the fans, the critics, the performances etc.
More fans would mean more brighter prospects...
It is so...so...so...not stable....It creates uphill and downhill in your life.
SY ever remarked that nowadays STARS don't have to be talented, all you need is a handsome or a pretty face!
I am still stunned by this statement. Deep inside me, I know is the true though I hate to accept the fact. Not many who sing well or act well are able to survive up to the top unless you are very acclaimed enough to secure such a postition.

Haircut
I feel like getting a haircut. I have been keeping long hair since...more than a decade ago. I keep long hair mainly because of my chinese opera. Sometimes long hair gives you the unnecessary headaches and waiting for the hair to be dried can be quite time consuming.
Someone betted with me saying that I won't cut my hair. This somebody claimed that if I cut my hair, I will look ugly.
Well......ugly or not...... I 'm going to cut it!

Ella & Chun
The duo looks so compatible. Ella is so cute!!!!
Lately XJ has been "Chuning" all night....(LOL)
Hope to see Ella's next new show...with Chun...if not with Jiro...(LOL)

They were watching Hana Kimi's lst preview with their fans. The turnout was awesome and the crowd cheered when Ella got "touched" by Chun and Ella blushed. ^^
Must be quite fun and enjoyable. ^^
XJ: Go to your Ah Chun Chun's blog. He actually stopover in Singapore for a night and went straight to his favourite haunt - Newton Circus!!!!!! Now he's in Brunei but will come to Singapore again for his lst autograph session this weekend.

I failed again in this scene!
I only know how to kiss my teddy bear!!!
Director asked me to go back and learn how to kiss my teddy bear because I didn't get the "kissing" correct!
Kissing a teddy bear as cute as my BOBO Bear is lot more easier than "kissing" a ...a... a ....FISH!
But as an actor, I have to try....try...try...
Director said why was I so stiff and unfeeling?
Well, the FISH was stiff also...being too long out of water... (LOL)
I questioned my director...The scholar ( I act the role of a scholar ）wasted his years of learning, he doesn't follow the rule of virtue and integrity.
Director rebuked and said, " You are a man. A man can't resist temptation！"
Then she asked me to go back and watch more Korean dramas...Er..er...I should watch Takarazuka...A stage kiss is more appropriate than the one onscreen. (LOL)
Er...er....How huh? How? (Seriously speaking, I don't really know how to answer her back......)
So I told the FISH, please imagine that the scholar is CHUN.. and we broke out laughing so hard!!!(LOL)

You need Fahrenheit's CD + DVD and a PASS. You can even bring your poster along.

My Updated Collection
I have received some very cool stuff from my overseas friend today. Wow, the packaging was splendid. Take a lookie and see what interests you...(LOL)
Some of them I have received them quite some time ago but didn't manage to take a picture to blog about it. So I dug out them and just took some pictures.
The latest stuff for today are operas from The Contemporary Legend Theatre, a SHE 1st picture book, a Fahrenheit CD + DVD + Autograph Pass + a big poster which I did not include in the picture, a Wang Xin Xin's nanyin CD.
Pictures tell alot...So just take a look at the pictures. ^^
TOTAL WOMAN, a crosstalk performance by a veteran actress Fang Fang. I saw her live performance during CNY last year at Esplanade. She was gorgeous and she was so good in her performance that I truely enjoyed the show the whole night. This DVD isn't available in Singapore. You can only get it from TW. ^^
A nanyin CD also not available locally. ^^
Very interesting combinations of different genres of Chinese Operas. The genres are Kunqu, Chuan Opera, Qin Qiang, Peking Opera, Shaoxing Opera, Cantonese Opera and TW opera. ^^
Again not available in Singapore. It is also limited edition. ^^
Cool packaging - The Kingdom of Desire. It is limited edition and is quite costly. You can't get it here too. ^^
I wanna scold Mr Postman. He folded my Aran Kei Postcard again! How could he do this to me! You don't get the same Aran Kei Postcard not even in Takarazuka. It is exclusively produced by Aran Kei Fanclub.
Please don't fold Aran into half again! It hurts!

I am pissed off with the Supreme One yesterday.
YN was pre-occupied with SY's Hana Kimi Love Diary. Perhaps she was thinking what to pen down and was not aware that Dance Class had already started.
Out of goodwill, I called out "Auntie YN" to jerk her back into the real world. It doesn't pay to be kind because the Supreme One reprimanded me that I shouldn't address YN as "Auntie YN".

I am not against MS YN. So I had a little argument with the Supreme One. She retorted that I was too stubborn because I deliberately said the "taboo name".
Not that I was trying to be a bad guy or something. My tone wasn't sarcastic, just too bad, there are people who are oblivious to tones...(LOL)
To add spice to the incident, the Supreme One went into such an extent to tell the "victim" that she dislikes me calling her poor "victim" auntie.
YN was so nice to tell her that she didn't mind at all because the name made us closer to each other. But why did YN just keep quiet when I was bombarded by the Supreme One? Perhaps YN was too stunned to react?
Now I shall not use such NICE name because this name will create "tsunamis" and I shall leave all her loved ones alone and intact!
YN smsed me telling me that XJ and her were thinking of a nice nick for me. Be assured, just go ahead and think of one. Our Supreme One won't get offended and neither will I.
I wonder which one sounds more hurtful? Calling you "auntie" or " a fat huadan"?
I was so 'honoured' to be named a "fat huadan" by Her Authority.

Too Old For Autograph Session?
XJ commented that we are too old for SHE and Fahrenheit Autograph Sessions. I think this statement isn't fair. I have spent many of my teenage years crazy over Chinese Opera and I didn't chase after young idols when I was in my teens.
Just like AC mentioned in his blog that even Amai only likes Chinese Opera and Takarazuka, I am in Hana Kimi frenzy. I won't give up my love for Chinese Opera and Takarazuka. My collections do not simply drop from the sky. I earn them and I value them!!!
In fact I have been very happy and estactic about Hana Kimi. Ella makes my days happier because she is really very very cute in the show. Plus two so so so cute boys, Chun and Jiro, who match Ella give the show the full blast of magic!

My Latest Collection
From my latest collection, you can see that Hana Kimi stuff dominates among the other stuff. I have one Hana Kimi's picture book cum limited edition calendar, Hana Kimi Storybook, Hana Kimi Love Notebook, Hana Kimi Soundtrack, Hana Kimi DVD Box Set 1 & 2 (Still waiting to get Hana Kimi Box 3), 2 TW Magazines featuring Hana Kimi's Ella and Chun, (XJ has about 4, the other 2 books featured not only Chun and Ella but also on Jiro), a DVD box set on " I want to learn Ballet" which is highly recommended by newspapers, Qin and ML! ML was the one who told me to get it on DVD as she found this show very very nice. (Must be nice , if not ML won't suggest me to get the DVD instead of VCD)
In addition, two takarazuka-related stuff on "The Young Generation" and Komu San's Memorial Book. ^^
Last but not least, a manga on "Thousand Years of Love" which is a classic equivalent to China's Red Dreams Chamber.
I am looking forward to my next collection and I have already asked my overseas friend to get a TW Opera DVD, a Peking DVD by a famous TW Troupe and also get the recorded versions of 2006 September Art Fest shows by TMY, KH and XM which is now showing on one of TW TV Channels.
Leader only interested in KH show and asked her friends to record for her. Well, though I have seen TMY and XM shows live, I still want to get them to include in my opera collections. ^^
If only we have time for LC, then we can watch the shows together. Probably there isn't time as most of our weekends are burnt.
Why I like Hana Kimi
I like Hana Kimi because the storyline is nice and funny! It is a relaxing and destressing show.
I like Ella's jovial and cheerful character plus she is charismatic in her own way though Ella isn't a stunning beauty.
I like Chun because he is such a pretty man. Can I say a "prettily handsome" man?
I like Jiro because Jiro is so so so cute and so straight in his feelings. I like and pity him at the same time.
I like the other characters in the show as well because they act quite well and they are very fun people.
Now YN is watching Hana Kimi and she just told me that she likes the show. She is going to hana kimi talkie with us tomorrow!!!

Hana Kimi EP 10
EP 10 is so so nice. Both Chun and Jiro fell in love with Ella. Jiro is so so pitiful because he got very upset and disturbed about it unlike Chun who knew that Ella is a girl. Poor Jiro is confused because he thought that he has "fallen" and he can't bear to face Ella directly in the face. Each time Jiro sees Ella, he becomes so confused. He runs away from Ella each time he meets Ella.
Jiro met Ella in the TV room one night. Ella told him to join her to watch the show together. Jiro suddenly hugged Ella from the back. Gosh, my heart missed a beat and I really feel so sorry for Jiro... I really want to tell Jiro that Ella is a girl then he won't become so troubled and guilty. Go and compete against Chun for Ella's love! (Oops, XJ gonna scold me for that...LOL)
Jiro apologised to his gf that he likes someone else. I feel sorry for both parties but I admire Jiro's bravery to apologise to his gf. The gf is very very kind. Too bad they just don't click.
This stupid Jiro actually let go and yelled infront of everybody that he likes Ella. He is so happy because he told Ella that he likes her. Chun got so worried and abit jealous...(I told you I like to see Chun jealous!!! So funny!)
Jiro became so relaxed after pouring out his love for Ella. I find this Jiro very poor thing...He became so confused.

Hana Kimi Box Set 2 Is Here!
Hana Kimi Box Set 2 is now in the market. We are so estactic because tonight we are going to watch EP 10 and I don't have to wait a night long just to view EP 10 on Youtube. ^^
I also bought Jiro's show KO One......I find Jiro cute and I think he is quite a good actor though there is still room for improvement in his singing. ^^

Getting Fat Again
I had a tiff with ML last night. She reminded that I'm getting fatter. I think she has said out of concern and goodwill except that she said it at the wrong time. I was trying to get some CNY clothes and when she said those words, they sounded so hurtful to my ears.
However I only realised that I couldn't fit into a cardigan that I really wanted to buy. In the end I didn't because I couldn't zip it up and it was a 'L' sized cardigan.
I got the track pants instead.
I therefore declare that I am starting my DIET today!!!
Hope everything turns out well.
See my frustrations again and it always happen when I have to play a female lead role and the show is going to put up in March!
ML reminded me not to forget the consequences of getting fat once more. Though they may not laugh at me for being fat , I still don't want to get laughed at again.
Being fat isn't my fault...But somehow being a female lead becomes my fault.
I heard people commenting HM getting fatter and even one commented that to be a missy on stage, you can't afford to get fatter.
Recently I am trying to hint HM and even stopped her not to eat fatty stuff. I am not laughing at her because to be laughed for being fat HURTS too much.
Too bad, HM's too weak, too indecisive and too lazy.
I see no fighting spirit in her and she still stays lame as before.
Perhaps not much of a motivation for her to strive on.
For me, I just can't stomach humiliation and to live up for being a lead, I can't take any chances for the other leads to hurt me in their words.
I am so sorry for being nasty to ML last night when I scolded her for reminding me that I'm getting fatter.
She just has my interests and concern in her heart except that she does it in her little harsh ways that sometimes I find I can't control my temper.
XJ introduces Hana Kimi to TOP and I don't really quite like the idea. I know XJ is very excited about Hana Kimi but I dislike the way TOP look at XJ in disbelief.
If something is good and worthy to recommend, I won't even think to intro to the TOP. We simply come from two different world of thoughts.
So what's really happen to the both of us?
We aren't friends but we aren't enemies as well. We just happen to be in the same troupe and about the same status except that she wins me because I am not the leader's favourite. Even XJ is a hotter favourite than I am. (LOL)
I don't care about being whose favourite. I want to work my way to prove that I earn my roles well. ^^

The "filial" son thinks only of his wife, house and land but literally forgets the existence of his mother who brings him up so painfully.
I heard that the ZZ Troupe may come to Singapore some time in May. If it is true, I want to start saving up for tickets! I can't wait to see my ZZ friends again!

Finally!!!
I am now finally able to blog at my workplace. I couldn't login the past few days nor did I able to comment on some burning issues.
Last night I just told HM that if she wanted to watch XJ's hana kimi, she must finish her Kdrama which she borrowed from XJ last week.
XJ is indeed kind to loan out her discs, even those that she newly bought and has not seen them yet. Though I am not really in favour of her burning her dvds and gave them away as gifts so as to share her excitement, still I think she is not at all a selfish person. She is always willing to share.
I only lend out to those that I think trustworthy enough to take care of my stuff. Not that I am selfish, just that getting those stuff ain't easy. It's not like the hana kimi stuff where u can get at all leading departmental stores or shops. Quite a handful of them , I got them from overseas via my friends' help.
All these cost money and it is quite sad to learn that some do not have a sense of responsiblity to take care of other people's stuff.
After incidents of getting back cracked and scratched discs, I decided not to loan them out easily. Inside you, you wanna to scold the hell out of that person, but somehow you just couldn't do it due to other reasons.
Basically, I am quite fussy...... (LOL)

McDelivery
I am simply too famished. I decided to call McDelivery. I asked my parents what they wanted and Dad said that since I'm paying for it, he would definitely place an order.
Mum said that Macdonald was costly but Dad urged her to place an order since I am going to be the one paying for it.
Gosh, is Dad trying to imply that I'm some kind of a miser?
I will be lot more richer if I don't have to pay for the house, maid, "car-park", fruits and rice etc......

Hana Kimi Fever
Yes, I am feverish with Hana Kimi.
It is contagious and need at least quite some time for the fever to subside.
My colleague wants to get the DVD from me because she heard from me that the show is de-stressing.
I have gotten the tickets for "Secret Love" at $88 each. With handling charges, the ticket costs $90. A friend bought "Phantom of the Opera" at 130 bucks and she commented why not I fish up another few bucks to watch "Phantom of the Opera"? Well, I have other plans and to watch "Phantom" isn't on my list.
I dropped by a VCD shop hoping to catch Hana Kimi Box Set 2. A poster was taped at the centre behind the cashier. It stated - Hana Kimi Box Set 1 is out of stock & Hana Kimi Box Set 2 is not out yet.
Hahahahahaha, guess the cashier has been bugged by Hana Kimi's fans. (LOL)
Well...a good sign...
I don't care what others think yozz...As long as I am happy and comfy, why bother so much?
I bought 2 magazines on XJ's behalf. The magazines with Chun and Ella as its coverpage are selling like hotcakes whereas the same magazines with Jiro and Ella are still many copies piling high up on the low table.
Guess majority of the readers prefer Chun to Jiro.

Hana Kimi Talkie
I have been badgering ML on the topic of Hana Kimi. She seems not to be taken in by me that this show is nice. So I shall persist and continue to BADGER her. Even when we ate durians last Sunday, XJ and I were harping on Hana Kimi till ML voiced out that she found us CRAZE.
Anyway, it's fun to talk about Hana Kimi because both of us like the show a great deal. Now YN is interested to get the Box Set 1 and perhaps YN can join us to form a threesome Hana Kimi talkie. Oh yeah, AC can join us to become FOURSOME. ^^
The Potato Net has EP 9 now and it is loading faster than Youtube. Anyway, I have used one whole night just to view one miserable episode. Now I can't wait to watch EP. 10. ^^

Hana Kimi Is Now Ep 9
The Youtube is killing me with its utraslow speed.
In addition XJ is killing me with her "yayapapaya" remarks.
She remarked that she had seen EP 9 non-stop and furthermore she watched each part a few times. Grr...rrrr.....
I just can't stand watching halfway...especially when it is only one miserable episode. Imagine for 9 parts, I have taken considerable time to view only up to Part 6......
I don't think I can wait any longer...because I want to catch up with my the other show as well. (LOL)
Ep 9 is a nice show. I like the part where Quan admitted his love towards Ella and Ella didn't catch his words as his words were drowned by a train that passed by them. I also like the part where Quan teased Ella when Ella got too hysterical over some insects crawling onto her arms. Quan became so light-hearted and he started to smile alot...especially towards Ella. Wow...it is so sweet to see them smiling to one another and yet not one word was said. (LOL)
Quan's shy shy smile can melt your heart. (LOL)
Xiuyi is such a poor chap. A gal from another school likes Xiuyi and asks to be his gf. In order to stop himself from putting too much thoughts on Ella, Xiuyi decides to accept the gal as his gf. But deep inside, Xiuyi is very much in love with Ella. Xiuyi is so confused...and I find him so funny and yet at the same time so pitiful.
To love someone is indeed ...painful...
To be loved is so much luckier.

Latest Updates On Hana Kimi
This time round, nothing about the Hana Kimi's celebrities.
According to Paparazzi XJ, she reported that AC watched Hana Kimi Ep. 1 to 5 till 6am this morning! 3 loud cheers for AC!
One good news...especially to me that... AC likes Ella and Wang Dongcheng alias Xiuyi.
I am so estactic...LOL
I really find Xiuyi cute yozz. Kind-hearted and good-natured character. He isn't that sort of a hero in the heart of the female lead simply because Xiuyi isn't the main male lead. However he can be a hero in the hearts of audience. ^^

This time round, XJ wanna Chun's Blog. She is now hopelessly infatuated by Chun.
Isn't Bunny Chun kawaii ne (LOL)
Chun is definitely a pretty guy. I wouldn't describe him as handsome, he is more than that. He is pretty, a very attractive and charismatic guy.
Guess the men out there can't "stand" him???
But the gals like him, that's for sure. (LOL)
Chun belongs to a Boys Band called Fahrenheit which is now a uprising hot band in TW. Chun is from Brunei and the rest are Taiwanese.
Can you see Wang Dongcheng? (2nd from the right) He acted as the funny and cranky but kind-hearted Jin Xiuyi in Hana Kimi.
The Pearl of the East - Shanghai. The landmark behind Chun.
He had a publicity performance in Shanghai last December. He fell ill doubled up with sore throat and migraine. He is now back in the health of pink. So XJ won't have to edge me with questions...Hehehe...I am not Doctor Mei yozz...(LOL)
I am not really used to Chun being a singer. Neither do I being used to Wang Dong Cheng. In fact, I find their singing not up to expectations. I rather see them act. Acting is their strong area actually.
When I told a friend of my views. She just commented that nowadays pretty faces count alot more than talent.
Whoa...It sounds so cruel but it has some elements of truth in it. But I am not saying that they can't sing...Just that they have still room for improvements.
SHE is a much better "singing" group compared to Fahrenheit. But don't forget SHE took years to grow till what they are now.
XJ doesn't like Ella...Same goes to ML. Both of them find Ella not pretty at all.
I think majority of fans goes for looks. So why should the stars go for talent in the first place if looks make them shoot up to fame faster?
Ironical, isn't it?
But I like Ella. She isn't pretty, I agree. But she sure stuns you with her talents. At least she can act. See her show in "Rose". You will be surprised. She is no longer the happy-go-lucky Ruixi in Hana Kimi but a more self-developed character instead. ^^
I admit that I like beautiful things. But beautiful things don't come in just the form of looks. Ella is beautiful in her own unique ways. Just like you and me, no one is the same. We are just individuals, unique self. ^^

Titoudou
Just went over to BBQ alias Shanice's blog for a lookie.
Yucks...remind me of something that I have not yet done...I don't even want to think about it. I hate ADMIN work and it keeps us pretty busy and I left my workplace at 7plus to pick up "Ghost Whisperer" from BBQ.
So far I have not gotten any dateline for EPMS...so I gonna to push it back a bit as I got other burning stuff to do.
BBQ, must meet up for a little meal break since we are in close vicinity before more workload dumped onto our little heads....(Grrr...rrrrrr...)

BBQ, I saw that plant hanging from the roof above my colleague's workplace. It looks interesting...^^
Back to Titoudou, in fact I have seen it twice already. Most probably I'm gonna watch the 3rd coming version. This drama is nice and hilarious. It's about the life of a Hokkien street opera artiste and the drama traces her struggle against all odds to become a renowned street opera star.
Mdm Oon...She used to act in Xin Sai Hong and she's a nice and joyous old lady. She still remembers me. ^^

Getting dizzy....but still have to drive back in the rain.
How I wish that I would be driven instead of being a driver! Especially when I am weary and tire-out......
Weekends are finally here...Yet...I am still down for rehearsals......
I can't ask for "leave" and I don't think I want to do so. Asking for leave is asking for TROUBLE!!!! (LOL)

XJ's Request
XJ requested me to find the links for Hana Kimi's Ep. 8. Initially XJ wasn't at least interested when I put up Hana Kimi's Picture Book. She told me that she only got interested when I introduced its storyline. Now she is down with Hana Kimi's fever 38 degrees celsius. (LOL)
I bought the Hana Kimi's Picture Book first after watching Hana Kimi on Youtube.
After that, I bought its CD and DVD. Then I bought Hana Kimi's Love Notebook plus a TW magazine featuring Wu Zun and Ella on on its cover page.
I showed XJ the Hana Kimi's Love Notebook and XJ asked me to lend her first. In the notebook, there are lines of some scenes. Some lines are so romantic and lovely.
I was told that both YP and BX like Wu Zun and Nan whereas YH likes Wu Zun. No one seems to like Xiu Yi... But I like both Wu Zun and Xiu Yi. The latter is so pitiful whereas he was the one who treated Ella the best in the show from the beginning to the end.
This is my lst TW Idol Serial that I bought. Idol Dramas aren't my cup of tea. I don't even "chase" after K Dramas unlike someone...(LOL)
I chase Chinese Operas and Takarazuka.
I like beautiful things especially charismatic human beings. ^^
That explains why I like a few GZX and Yueju Xiaoshengs and quite a handful of Taka Xiaoshengs. Somehow Wu Zun fits into my category...Don't you think that he is actually pretty...(秀气)
In fact too pretty to be a man. (LOL)
I am so glad that he is so man though he is so sweet-looking...Hehe...You should watch the Taka Shengs...They are so good-looking and so man somemore...(LOL)
There is only one kind that I can't stand...That is AH GUA Xiaosheng. (LOL)
I like Xiu Yi because he is cute though he may be a bit off and dingdong in the show. However he has a heart of gold and he always cares for Ella alot. He is actually quite a sunny guy. ^^
Best of all is Ella. Though she isn't pretty and looks so small and petite besides the boys, Ella has a strong stage presence. She isn't glamourous and yet she is a very shining star that brights up your day. A happy-go-lucky and talented gal she is. ^^

昨天下午四點，和堇葵與製作人去醫院看她……..
我有些不習慣像這樣躺在床上的她，因為人前的她，很少這麼乖的躺在床上，甚至平常工作太重因而睡眠不足，見到她時，她總會打起精神，說她沒事，這樣的認真，她說這叫裝HIGH。
她見大家直盯著她關心病情，有些尷尬起來，開始說起這發生事情一天多來一些比較有趣的事，像是佼佼送她T恤等等的事情，氣氛也就因而開始輕鬆起來…….她就是這樣。
為什麼要裝HIGH？因為她有使人開心的天生本事，因為她不希望身邊關心她的人擔心，而且她要大家也受她的鼓動而開心起來……..
ELLA這樣的善良體貼，讓人不得不想到溫暖的百合，也為她的堅強心疼，年輕如她，可以這樣成熟睿智，真的值得愛護她的歌迷更加支持她。
還記得拍戲的漫長歲月之中，有一天，我突然發現，劇組開始人手一相機，都開始喜歡拍照起來，究其原因，還不是「她」每次都拿著相機拍來拍去或找人合照；又有一天，不管是燈光打燈，還是場記打板，或是美術們在陳設現場，甚至我在想分鏡的同時，繁重的工作過程，你都會聽到現場大家在唱歌，本來是獨唱，然後沒多久居然變成大合唱……..罪魁禍首是誰？還不是「她」沒事就唱起歌來，帶動著大家，讓我們會相信，在眾人面前引吭高歌，是件開心驕傲的事，也讓劇組隨時隨地都聽到有快樂的人在歌唱，最後唱歌更成了大家在面對熬夜的疲倦時，最提神也最有效的打氣方式……………唉….她就是這樣具有讓人食慾大開香味四溢的小肉包。
有一天我忽然很有感覺地告訴她：「妳知道嗎？妳像一塊磁鐵，自然地吸引著所有劇組人員的眼光」，大家也很自然地受著她的影響，或開心，或憂傷，或瘋狂，這一塊磁場，牽動著每一天與每個人……….回想到我心中的百合，或許初見不是個起眼的人，但不能不否認，大家因劇情心動，隨著百合的喜怒哀樂而起伏之時，會突然驚見百合是比所有美女都還要吸引人的…….就像葵說的：那些所謂的美女，不是一臉需要被讚美的樣子，就是自戀狂，身上噴的香水，自以為很香，其實臭得嗆死人………….所以，百合就因為不是所謂的美女，不是那些隨處可得定義式的美女，才會彌足珍貴。我一直相信百合一定要很有魅力，這樣的魅力有些不凡，否則如何能讓韓家二個少爺心動？讓所有人相信百合會融化所有人心中的陳年冰雪，這樣的天份，只是百合自己不知道罷了。這個天份，原來ELLA身上也有，再加上她超強的領悟力與感應力，這樣的百合，原以為是不可多得。
雖然ELLA很傑出，但百合也是我花了最多心思的角色………不是偏心，而是既然她是韓家的中心，所有人因著她的心情來到韓家進入劇中，她所牽動的自然不是她一個人而已，很精采的百合，她的眼淚或笑容，真的融化了志瑋或小綜，也讓他們在表演過程中得到來自ELLA最強烈、最真實也最誠懇的回應，這樣的對手時刻，常是我拍戲時最大的享受，ELLA也讓他們在詮釋菫或葵中，能夠很快的觸摸到角色的靈魂，而這份牽動，最後也傳到了每個觀眾妳們的心理。這樣之於我的感動，從我們拍攝全劇中很重要的一場戲開始，那是開拍了一個月之後，全劇組遇到的第一場超級重頭戲，那場戲拍完，她們三個人百合、菫、葵難過得不能自己，那是我第一次完全心疼她們，並且相信她們就是韓家三個心裡頭各自有一份很深無奈的小孩，ㄚ……這場戲，在第十三集，大家很快就可以感受到了。所以，十三集….大家看著辦ㄚ。
我想我知道ELLA為什麼會受傷，因為她心中的百合在某一刻又突然的跑出來了，寧可自己受傷，也不願其他人不快樂……這樣的善良， 雙子座的ELLA有時會隱藏起來，表現出活潑好動的一面，知性理性的一面，畢竟她要面對的工作太多樣了，也太複雜了，但是不管日後她走到哪裡，成就有多非凡，我心中永遠會存著一個純潔善良的百合，我會很想念……..也特別珍惜。
ELLA：記得妳說過，這個圈子值得深交真心相談的朋友很難得.......就像百合對葵說的：「只有你，我不用說再見」；一輩子不用說再見的朋友，好像更難了.........希望百合會是大家永遠的朋友，也會一直長存在ELLA心中，那會是一個很動人的特質..........

I FINALLY bought it. Initially thought that I would wait for the whole box set to come out but somehow I couldn't resist so I went to get the CD and DVD. ^^
Part 2 and Part 3 to go before the whole show ends. ^^

Today's Rehearsal
I saw the dancers and they were happily rehearsing as sea creatures for the Fish Show. I told XJ that I am sort of glad to know that this show is not being suspended. It is only held back temporarily...Probably may be staged in the next series of Opera performances. ^^
What was AC doing?
He acted as Mr. Turtle and he was supposed to be snoozing. The dancers acting as Ms Prawn, Ms. Crab, Ms. Clam and Ms.Fish. (XJ is Ms. Carp)
So the sea creatures poked fun at Mr. Turtle.
So where was Ms. Carp?
Da...da.....Here's Ms. Carp laughing at her fellow sea friends. (LOL)
One thing I am looking forward to...Saw a notice at the whiteboard. We gonna have a reunion Hot Pot for Chinese New Year. Yeah!!! I love Hotpot!!!
Ella In MTV
This is the theme song for Hana Kimi, the recent show that I have been chasing at youtube. (LOL)
Ella is so cute in the MTV. The guy in the MTV is Wu Zun who is the lead guy in Hana Kimi.
In this show, Ella used to be a very obese gal who stayed at home doing nothing but eating. She felt inferior because of her outlook and one day she saw Wu Zun on TV featuring him doing his high jump. Ella was so attracted to Wu Zun that she made up her mind to fly all the way from America to Japan where Wu Zun lives.
She cut her hair and disguised as a boy and enrolled herself in Wu's high school just to be close to Wu and also to fulfil her wish to see Wu doing his high jump.
Many fun things happened along the way and also the danger of exposing Ella's true identity was threatened. Once Ella fainted and Wu carried her to the medical room. It was this time that Wu discovered Ella's true identity. However Wu did not give Ella away. He was curious to know why Ella posed herself as a boy and got into his school. Unknowingly, Wu fell in love with Ella and always there to protect Ella from dangers. Wu wanted to keep Ella by his side and to keep her by his side, Wu had to refrain from letting Ella know that he knew the latter was a girl. He became worried and jealous when Ella was very popular with the other classmates. (It's fun to see Wu Zun jealous....LOL)
Btw, the MTV's content has nothing to do with the scenerio of Hana Kimi. It is just the theme song and if you want to watch Hana Kimi, you can get them at Youtube.
I am waiting for the DVDs to come out. Perhaps I will get myself the DVDs. I heard from Suyin that its manga is even better than the show. ^^
SYR's Wedding Pictures
SYR sent some of her wedding pictures to us last night. Thought of showing just two of them to friends who know SYR. Be it as someone that SYR knows but also to those who have seen her performances. ^^
SYR, the promising dan of XM GZX Opera Troupe. Her acting and watersleeves are her strong points. We got to know her she came to Singapore to perform at Marina Bay during Chinese New Year about 3 to 4 years ago. A year after, she came with her troupe to perform at a temple in Paya Lebar. I noticed her strengths even though she acted a calefie on stage. Despite such a small role, she did her role seriously unlike some who only put in lesser effort. We went to backstage to say hi to her. We weren't that close then. Only when we subsequently went to watch the performances and visiting her to say hi, then we became friends.
Once I noticed that her eyelashes were spoilt. However she still used them. A set of spoilt eyelashes on stage to me was indeed an eyesore. So I gave her some which I bought from Japan. From that day onwards, she likes them so much that she uses them till now though a set is getting spoilt from overutilisation. (LOL)
I use the same type of eyelashes too. Sometimes I would improvise the eyelashes to make it look shiny on stage...Vain Me yozz. (LOL)
You can't get my type of eyelashes here so far. You can only get them in Japan. If someone were to ask me what was the thing that I bought the most, they were eyelashes. Eyelashes of different types. As for my type, I keep them for my own future use. I would only give to buddy friends because the eyelashes are limited in number though I bought in tens. (LOL)
A pair of good eyelashes does make a difference. ^^
Afternoon Rehearsal
Not many turned up for the afternoon rehearsal. Basically the leads turned up but not the important calefies. Who says that leads by default are "Big Shots"? Not necessarily would be the case as calefies can be a bigger shot than the leads. (LOL)
No hard feelings ... Just how I felt this afternoon when I went to KH. The morale was low and the motivation wasn't there. XZ wasn't in a beautiful mood. Guess something must have been bothering her. But I didn't ask. I roughly could guess what's on her mind.
I can do nothing. What I have done, I have already done. Just that my words and advice aren't "feasible" to the ears. I hate to be treated in this way. Probably my words carry no weight though the content was similiar, my advice and concern are immaterial. Probably I am seen as a "lesser" friend, if so, then my time and effort have been wasted.
What I have done , I have already done my best as a friend. A "lesser" friend somemore. (LOL)
The Fish Show is very important to XJ because she wants to give it a boost despite that the role is not at all easy. XJ is sick but she still came for the afternoon rehearsal. I told her initially to stay at home to rest. But she insisted on going. As long as she doesn't do the tedious exercises, she should be okie.
In fact I never put very high hopes that the show would materialise based on the recent happenings though I really do wish that it would be brought to stage.
This show needs many people to make it complete. But we don't have that many people. So this show is going to be shelved temporarily. Perhaps for the later part of the year, we may have an opportunity to stage it. XZ is still positive and encouraging. A Wednesday slot is still given to XJ's practice for the Fish show.
XJ, keep it up. As long as one believes in oneself, there is still hope.
Now let us all persevere and finish our CDC's Opera Performances.
I love my Opera because Opera is beautiful. I am such an ordinary-looking gal but when I am on stage, I look so different. Opera makes me special. In fact Opera makes me feel beautiful. ^^
I am so eager to show YN my Takarazuka stuff especially the picture books. But the dilemma now is whose picture books would I show her. I have tons of them at home. (LOL)

Theobroma
Theobroma, Cacao's scientific name which means "God's food".
In about 1520, Cacao became popular among aristocrats, especially among women and priests. The marriage of Louis XIII to the daughter of King Phillip III of Spain in 1615 also marked France's introduction to Cacao.
The first Chocolate House was opened in London by a Frenchman on Bishop's Gate St. in June 1657.
A Dutchman by the name of J.C. Van Houten made cacao by reducing the fat content of beans with an alkali treatment. The beverage was called COCOA. By adding sugar to the cocoa powder, he also invented what is known today as CHOCOLATE.
Milk chocolate bars were invented by a Swiss, Daniel Peter in 1876

In this box, there are assorted flavours like raspberry, vanilla, pumpkin, wine and melon.
Actually I have thought of asking my KH buddies to ML's place to taste the chocolates from Hokkaido... Too bad...many of them aren't free as some are sick, some on leave, some on retiring mode and some missing in action. (LOL)

Watching Shows At This Hour
Both XJ and I are now watching shows at this hour.
The only difference is that XJ watches her Korean shows and I am watching Xiangju - Bloodshed at the Palace.
How nice if I can be like XJ who has supersonic memory, I don't have to worry about my rehearsal tomorrow. XJ must be aiming to be a 韩剧花旦...(LOL) We have a 韩剧小生 in KH..They make a nice couple yozz. (LOL)
Ooops...Bloodshed at the Palace again...Really NO FEEL.
Leader commented yesterday that she was looking at two xiaoshengs acting as a couple and it was so weird.
I admit that...cos I feel wierd too.
Each time I watch this KH DVD...I feel like dumping it away cos the Princess is so freaky...And to match with the TOP is even freakier...
I cracked a joke telling the TOP to look for a show in which she can be my elder sister and I be the younger brother.
Hence Leader suggested "The Jade Dragonflies"......

Eating in Japan Mos Burger
We tried Mos Burger in Japan. Qin said that it tasted nicer than the Mos Burger here. That night after visiting the German Christmas Fair in Hokkaido, we dropped by a Mos Burger Restaurant. ^^

KH Rehearsal On Monday
We gathered round the TV to view our Past Year Performance. We are going to stage this show in March and we have not yet rehearsed one scene completely. We only did this show twice so far and the lst time in 1996 and the 2nd time was staged in 2003.
Most of us have already forgotten it and some of us changed our roles like XJ who is taking up the main role of the Carp Fairy.
Me and BBQ.
BBQ appears in KH once in a blue moon and surprisingly she not only appeared on Saturday but also on Monday. She's going to take onto a very important role in this show and without her, we can't "end" the show. ^^
So stay put and see BBQ in action. ^^
